Compact Payment, Full CloudEASE Integration
The Mini Pay BOXX delivers the core payment and management capabilities of the Parking BOXX product line in a smaller enclosure. For facilities where island space is limited, transaction volume is lower, or a second unit is needed for an overflow or secondary exit lane, the Mini Pay BOXX fits where full-size units cannot.
Payment Acceptance
The Mini Pay BOXX accepts credit and debit cards through an EMV-certified reader handling chip insertion and contactless tap. Mobile wallets — Apple Pay and Google Pay — pay via NFC at the same card reader without additional hardware. For facilities where cash payment is required, the Big Pay BOXX includes a full bill acceptor, coin acceptor, and change dispenser.
Ticket and Plate Processing
Barcoded tickets issued at entry dispensers are read and validated at the Mini Pay BOXX. The unit calculates the parking fee based on entry time from CloudEASE and presents the total to the driver. Payment authorizes exit — either through a validated exit ticket or by communicating directly with the exit lane barrier gate. In LPR-enabled facilities, the driver enters their plate number instead of a physical ticket.
Remote Management via CloudEASE
The Mini Pay BOXX connects to CloudEASE via Ethernet or cellular. All transactions record in real time. Operators update rate schedules, monitor hardware status, and run revenue reports from any browser — no on-site visit required. Maintenance alerts push automatically when the unit requires attention.
Right-Sized for the Application
Not every facility needs the full cash-handling and receipt-printing capabilities of a flagship pay station.
